Regulations for the Open Model Aviation Competition «Narva AIRBOAT 2024»
Date and Venue of the Competition
February 10, 2024.
The event will take place at the Narva Children's Creativity House Stadium.
Participant Registration
Athletes and juniors are eligible to participate without restrictions.
Applications for participation are accepted via e-mail: valeriy.ivanov@nll.ee.
In the application, it is necessary to specify:
- Last names and first names of participants
- School, class
- Team leader
- Contact information
Final registration - just before the start of the competition, on February 10 at 11:00.
Schedule of the Competition
February 10 (Saturday)
- 11:00 - 11:30 - Registration
- 11:30 - 11:45 - Briefing, drawing
- 12:00 - Opening of the competition
- 12:15 - Start of the races. Stage 1
- 13:00 - 13:45 - Lunch break
- 13:45 - 16:00 - Stage 2
- 16:00 - 17:00 - Awarding of the winners, closing of the competition
Competition Regulations
Athletes with models of the "Airboat" class participate in the competition.
Personal and team championships are played.
Personal championship is held in two age groups:
- Juniors - up to 13 years old inclusive
- Athletes - 14 years and older
The competition consists of 2 stages.
- Stage 1 - individual qualification races. The number of races and laps are determined after the registration of participants.
- Stage 2 - based on the results of the qualification races, pairs of participants are determined, who compete for places in the individual standings.
The best results of two athletes from the younger and two athletes from the older age groups contribute to the team standings.
Determination of Winners
Participants and teams that have won prizes are awarded with cups and diplomas of corresponding degrees.
